The Office of the Health Care Advocate (HCA) represents consumers, creates policy white papers, provides comments and testifies on health care policy issues. The HCA also writes press releases and opinion pieces. The goal is to be sure the consumer perspective is represented before the Green Mountain Care Board, the Vermont legislature, and state departments, committees, boards and task forces.
